How to Use the Concrete Mixer Cleaner?

The NDT is recommended for all concrete production sites equipped with mixer trucks. Users simply position themselves correctly to rinse their mixer drums into the screw conveyor or nearby tank.

Sensors and detectors ensure proper operation and correct use of the Concrete Mixer Cleaner.

The entire system is managed by a programmable controller, allowing the solution to be adapted to the specific needs of the site.

Integrated rigid filling lance connected to the decanter

Decanter designed for feeding concrete mixer trucks or discharging settled sludge. Equipped with a sludge pump to manage extraction and handling of primary sediments.

BIG BAG stand or ECONET FB filtration module for collecting and dewatering settled solids

Programmable control unit managing the entire system, allowing configuration, sequencing, and optimisation of the NDT operational cycle

Recovery tank for process water from the screw conveyor and from the second and third washing stages, fitted with a transfer pump to recirculate water back to the decanter.

Screw conveyor for dewatering and separating aggregates discharged from mixer trucks, equipped with position sensors to guide operators and ensure correct operating procedures.
