Friedland Project – Razel Bec // Paris (75)
Background
The Friedland Project – Razel Bec // Paris (75) at a glance
The TDL60 meets the Arc de Triomphe. Although it is not quite the same size, our 60 m³/h lamellar settling tower still stands out on the Friedland site of the EOLE project in Paris.
This new phase of the project involves deep-soil treatment through injections and jet grouting. This is where our lamellar settling tower and our T30 treatment and filtration station come into play.
The pumped water from the injection works is heavily loaded with sludge and cement grout. This water cannot be sent directly into the T30, as it would risk clogging the pump.
The TDL60 therefore performs an initial settling stage, followed by lamellar filtration in the upper section of the unit.
This lamellar filter traps sludge and grout, allowing cleaner water to be transferred to the T30 treatment station.
The decanted water then flows through the T30, passing first through our 91-micron BIG BAG filter, then through a 25-micron bag filter in this configuration.
Just before discharge into the network, CO₂ injection is applied to neutralise the pH.
Razel Bec entrusted us with the Friedland project and continues to rely on us for two additional sites scheduled to begin at the end of May and early July, using the same setup.
